Our minimum order for catering is 30 drinks. There is no maximum, we can accommodate large events as well.

Absolutely! We can work with you to create a custom drink menu for your event. Reach out to us early so we have time to plan together.

We require a minimum of 3 business days notice for all catering orders. For larger events, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

All drinks are freshly prepared on the day of your event. We use the same premium ingredients and preparation standards as our in-store drinks.

Yes! We offer sugar levels at 0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, and 100%. For ice, you can choose regular ice, less ice, or no ice. Some drinks are also available hot, just ask your barista.

Yes! We offer lactose-free milk as well as non-dairy alternatives for most drinks. Ask your barista for available options.

We offer a wide selection of toppings: Golden Boba, Agar Boba, Housecrafted Jasmine Tea Jelly, Mango Star Jelly, Lychee Jelly, Coffee Jelly, Chia Seeds, and Popping Barley. We also have a selection of foam cream tops, ask your barista for the current options.

Our drinks may contain dairy, soy, tree nuts, and gluten. Please inform your barista of any allergies before ordering, we take allergens seriously.

Gift cards can be purchased online through our Gift Cards page. They are also available in-store at our Temple City location.

You can check your gift card balance online through the Gift Cards page, or ask a team member in-store.

No, One Tea gift cards do not expire. Use them whenever you're ready!

Our team is available during store hours: Sunday–Thursday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and Friday–Saturday 12:00 PM–10:00 PM.
